She worked as a Rural Sociologist for the Ministry of Cooperatives and Rural Development in Lesotho and later joined the Ministry of Cooperatives and Rural Development as a planning officer. Worked also for the then Consumer Council of Bophuthatswana as a Manager Research Unit.

She also worked for the Department Economic Affairs in Gauteng Province as Assistant Director Research before joining the Micro Finance Regulatory Council/ National Credit Regulator as a Project Manager Debt Counseling. She joined the First National Bank as Relationship Manager.

She is currently running her own business called What Went Wrong Consulting (Pty) Ltd doing:

Facilitation of Debt Counsellor Training Course, on behalf of Compuscan Academy and Damelin (Centurion). The two companies are accredited by the National Credit Regulator to provide the Debt Counsellor training course.

Facilitation of Learnership Programme on National Certificate: Micro Finance (NQF Level 3) for Atlas Finance and Bayport, on behalf of Compuscan Academy.

Conduct workshops for Credit Providers on the National Credit Act and National Credit Amendment Act, on behalf of Compuscan Academy.

She is a Member of NH Consulting Primary Cooperative Ltd.
